Une place se libère (mi-Mars) dans notre colocation avec belle vue sur lac et montagnes. Une chambre avec salle de bain-toilettes reste à pourvoir

Membres :

Moi: Gabriel, 34 ans, travaille dans l'énergie solaire, aime le sport et la montagne

Iryna : Assistante dentaire, ukrainienne, gentille et discrète

3 chambres, deux salles de bain, grand salon et balcon,

15 min à pieds de la gare, arrêt bus 6 à 50m, bus 25 à 100m, tous commerces à proximité (boulangerie x3, Coop, Migros, Pressing etc)

Meubles : chambre avec lit et armoire à racheter, possibilité de trouver de la place dans le salon (changer la table ou le canapé si tu veux amener des choses)

Toi (H/F) : Tu peux entrer sur le bail (passeport ou permis de séjour et ressources suffisantes), tu comptes rester à moyen-long terme et participer à la vie de la colocation.

Coloc conviviale qui respecte également la vie de chacun.

Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and big living room with balcony

15 min from the train station, Bus line 6 is 50m from the building, all kind of shops in the neighbourhood.

Furnitures : There is a bed and a wardrobe to buy back

You (M/F) : You want to stay at least one year, and you'll be on the lease (so you'll need a corresponding permit and sufficient revenue). You bring good mood and your small plus and participate to the maintenance of the flat.
